Catch up!

I know I haven't been blogging but these past two days with God have done SO much for me.

I'm realizing (by Nate and Pastor John's book,) that I don't see God rightly. I feel like He's kinda mean and will punish me if I don't measure up.

But now, I'm seeing Him as the loving Father who waits patiently for His son to come home. And He runs to him and embraces him because He loves him. Not only that, but He throws him a FEAST!

These past two chapters have been taking about how when we see God has He really is, we obey Him whole-heartedly because we love Him, and we trust him. And when we obey Him with a reverent heart, He comes close to us and manifests Himself in us and we become filled "with all the goodness of God."

I got out my guitar and song along with youtube wanting to worship Him for the revelations about Him that I was recieving. He has given us so much, not just because Nate and I are "doing what we were supposed to" but because He loves us. And we're trying to be with Him.

He's the best. I love Him.
